BISS Can CH Skyfire's Tribute To Cameo WC

BRAG!! Cam finished his Canadian Championship in spectacular style going Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Best of Breed at the Island Pacific Labrador Retreiver Specialty under respected breeder Judge Barbara Gilchrist, Blackthorn.

One week later in his debut in the specials ring Cam was again awarded Best Of Breed at the British Columbia Labrador Retriever Club Specialty under respected breeder judge Mary Weist, Beechcroft. Thank you ladies for two weekends we'll never forget!

Cam retired from the show ring with 12 AKC points including one major earned at the GGLRC supported entry.  Because of our family we put Cam on the back burner for three years and he wasn't shown during the prime of his life.  In our hearts we know that Cam is champion in both countries.  Cam is producing some wonderful puppies for us including Can CH Willoridge Bring It On who finished her Canadian CH entirely owner handled from the Bred By Exhibitor class and is pointed in the AKC ring.

Cam joined Willoridge Labradors in March of 2000. Our good friends John and Stephanie Harris from Skyfire Labradors in Ellensburg entrusted this rising star to us. He is a striking black boy out of Am / Int / Lux / Dutch Ch Raintree's Slippery When Wet JH CGC and Skyfire's Cameo. He has been a blast to show. As he was growing up Cam always placed in his speciality classes including the Can National and the LRC National. He easily earned his his Working Certificate (WC) doing what he loves to do best, retrieve birds. Cam has a wonderful temperament and trains easily with an eagerness to please.
