A few years ago we were excited to introduce our new boy, Dunn With Tradition - Now we're thrilled to show off what he's producing.  What sets a stallion apart from a stud?  His offspring!!!  Rikki's kids are consistently pretty, good minded,  great moving, easy to work with babies who have the conformation & muscle to win in the halter ring and the flat way of going so desired for the pleasure ring.

And did I mention they're gorgeous!!!!  Take a look -

Dunn With Tradition (a.k.a. Rikki) is a 15.2 hand, red dun overo stallion with an APHA Open Halter ROM earning 33 points and 23 Grands and Reserves. He was High Point NWCC, OCC & OPHC all age stallion as a yearling; won futurities at Spanaway, Spokane & Lewiston; was second in the prestigious open Triple Crown and at Monroe. He is sired by Res World Champion Ima Cool Tradition, Superior Halter (115 pts), APHA Champion, ROM Trail, with points in Western Pleasure; sire of multiple World Champion (ABRA), Superior Halter (APHA). His dam, Richly Dunn, is a Superior Halter (158 pts), who has produced Open World Champion Halter and Superior Halter, own daughter of Barlink Macho Man out of the great producing, Superior Halter mare Rich N Rare.

His pedigree reads as a who's who in the Halter World, both in paints and quarter horses yet Dunn with Tradition is a beautiful, soft mover. Unfortunately he was injured as a yearling and has been unable to be shown after that.

These pictures were all taken shortly after he was brought home. His mane is too long and he's in riding weight but we wanted to share him with you. We were planning to have a photographer out and have "official" pictures taken but as you can see he is just as pretty as can be and doesn't need help from the professionals to look good. From any angle, Dunn With Tradition is a very balanced horse with a lot of natural muscle and pretty that doesn't end. 

And even better - he's producing that pretty, balanced, natural athlete with a good mind!!!

Rikki is producing 65% paint color and 65% dun on mainly solid, non-dun mares
- and pretty, pretty, pretty!!!

Dunn With Tradition is HYPP N/N and negative for the lethal white gene.
We believe that quality paint horses should not be only for the wealthy therefore Rikki's
2007 stud fee will remain at a very accessable $600 LCFG.
